Grand River Party Rentals & Inflatables is a fully licensed and insured event rentals company in the Tri-City area. Our continual focus is on safe, quality equipment as well as exceeding customer expectations. What started out as a hobby has now expanded to provide an extensive selection of inflatables, climbing walls, axe throwing trailers, carnival games, sports games, fun food products, casino games and much much more! Grand River Party Rentals & Inflatables jumped into business in 2010 when Steve Falco, a Cambridge resident, partnered with the owner’s from Niagara Inflatables. No stranger to the recreation industry, Steve and his wife Terri have owned and operated a portable Rock Climbing Wall company named Ultimate Climbing since 2003. Steve’s approach to business is simple, whatever you are doing should be FUN and Grand River Party Rentals & Inflatables is a shining example of that. His business strategy has been integral in the success of all of his companies and it didn’t take long for Grand River Party Rentals & Inflatables to begin gaining provincial wide acclaim within the events industry. Festivals and Events Ontario has honoured the company with Supplier of the Year in 2012, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

At Grand River Party Rentals & Inflatables, safety is our first priority. In Ontario, did you know that inflatables are governed by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA)? Any inflatable used at a public event must be TSSA licensed, set up by a TSSA trained mechanic employed by a TSSA certified company with TSSA mechanics on staff. Public event is any event held by a municipality, festival, corporate, church, school or even a private party held at a public venue or having more than 100 guests.
It is easy to hire a company that does not know of TSSA rules, and that can put you at risk of liability in the case of an accident. Protect yourself as an event planner and protect your guests by taking the time to be sure a company is TSSA certified with TSSA licensed units. Ask to see their TSSA license, be sure it is up to date, and most important, ask to see the TSSA certificate for each inflatable you wish to rent.
